Pre-Event Meet & Greet - Shagwells on the Ridge - 2200 Simcoe St N, Oshawa, Ontario
This year we are providing some snack food at Shagwells for you to come and meet other competitors, judges and volunteers. Everyone is invited to come and schmooze the night before the comeptition.
The Competition - Saturday April 10th 2010
The Competition day will start bright and early. We ask that you show up 30 minutes before the competition starts to enroll your team. A mandatory meeting with important announcements will take place at 0745. You will be lead around campus by volunteers that will stay with your group for the whole day. There will be a break in the day for lunch. Any spectators that would like to have a light lunch with you can do so for $10.00. Once the competition has ended you are free to relax before the nights festivities begin.
Banquet - Saturday Evening
We are very excited to let inform you that this years banquet is being held at the Oshawa Golf & Curling Club. This is a semi-formal event, no jeans please. Cocktails are starting at 1730 with dinner to start at 1830. For those wishing to come to the dance afterwards are more than welcome to do so. Dinner will be finished by 2130 so come join us then.
Tickets & Registration
Payment for your registration or purchase of additional lunch tickets can be done online through PayPal. In order to provide this convienence there is a surcharge of 3% as imposed by PayPal. There are no more banquet tickets to be purchased. Thanks.
